Less than 30 kilometers from the city lies a special corner called La Crucecita. Surrounded by towering mountains and skies you won’t see anywhere else, it is one of the most beautiful havens of untouched nature in the Mendoza foothills.

Here, water springs from the mountain, the sun powers everything and silence is the most precious luxury. Our lodges are fully equipped so you can simply arrive and enjoy: hot water, a kitchen, a fridge, heating and all the little details that make the difference.

The pool, the grill house for traditional Argentine asados and the fire pits round out an experience designed for those who want to unplug without sacrificing comfort.

How do I get to the lodges?

Access is via a well-kept gravel road, suitable for any vehicle. No 4x4 needed. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you exact directions and a GPS track so you arrive without a hitch.

How does the solar power work?

The lodges run on solar panels with backup batteries for lighting, the fridge and chargers. Hot water and cooking run on gas. Running water is pure mountain water, ensuring comfort and quality at all times.

What does the stay include?

It includes access to the pool and grill house, a private fire pit at each lodge, bed linen, towels and all kitchen utensils. Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is fully equipped.

Is there cell service or WiFi?

Yes. There is cell coverage in the area and the lodges have high-speed Starlink internet. You can connect whenever you like, though the surroundings naturally invite you to unplug.

What is there to do in the area?

We are at the foot of the mountains, in a truly privileged setting. Enjoy horseback riding through the foothills, trekking on mountain trails, visits to world-class wineries in the heart of the Wine Route, and the stunning Potrerillos Reservoir just a few kilometers away.

Are pets allowed?

Out of respect for the local wildlife and to ensure the peace of all our guests, pets are not allowed. Thank you for understanding.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 2 nights at both lodges. Las Cumbres Lodge is USD 147 per night and El Nido Lodge is USD 78 per night.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. We can be flexible depending on availability. Just ask if you need different times.
